  • The organisation of 24 hours a day contact with a person in charge throughout the season.
  • The opening of the mini supermarket 7 days a week.
  • A bicycle and accessory hire service.
  • Conformity to the law of the services offered.
  • Quality of information documents and activity programmes.
  • To do something about a problem within 15 minutes after being mentioned at the reception.
  • To welcome children from 4 to 12 years old in its free club (every morning and afternoon from Monday to Friday in July - August).
  • To give you the welcoming leaflet in two languages as soon as you arrive.
  • To gather and study all remarks and suggestions with careful attention.
  • To deal with the remark and suggestion sheets which are handed on by the special administrative service.
  • To welcome you 7 days a week from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and then from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm with qualified bilingual personnel.
  • To post the weather report every morning.
  • To provide free of charge an activity space for teens in July - August.
  • To provide automatic washing machines and dryers.
  • To ensure the everyday maintenance and tidying of the common areas.
