Office opening hours in winter: Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 12.30 am and to 2 pm to 5 pm.

• The animation and organisation of a team of 5 permanent workers all year round.
• The organisation of 24 hour a day contact with a person in charge throughout the season.
• The opening of the mini supermarket open 7 days a week.

• Conformity to the law of the services offered.
• Quality of information documents and activity programmes.
• To do something about a problem within the 15 minutes of it being mentioned at reception.
• To welcome the children from 4 to 12 years old in its free club (every morning and afternoon from Monday to Friday in July - August).
• To give you the welcome leaflet in two languages as soon as you arrive.
• To gather and study all remarks and suggestions with careful attention.
• To deal with the remark and suggestion sheets which are handed on by the special administrative service.
• To welcome you 7 days a week from 9.00 to 13.00 and then from 14.00 to 19.00 with qualified bilingual personnel.
• To post the weather report every morning.
• To provide free of charge an activity space for teens in July - August.
• To provide automatic washing machines and dryers.
• To ensure the everyday maintenance and tidying of the common areas.

Your safety

For the well being of all, Sunêlia La Pointe du Médoc has made safety one of its priorities.

So that your stay at Sunêlia La Pointe du Médoc is worry free, vehicle access is organised through one single access point which is controlled 24 hours a day by automatic entry and exit barriers using a personal card. Between 10.00 pm and 7.00 am, this vehicle access is doubly protected by a sliding gate opened by sécurity man, thus preventing non residents from entering Sunêlia La Pointe du Médoc during the night.
